Brisbane Fortitude Valley Markets are seeking fashionistas, young designers and vintage sellers for when the very first Valley Rack-It will sets up shop in August to tantalise the tastes of clothing lovers around Brisbane.
Selling your designs and pre-loved items is as simple as bringing it along in a suitcase and hanging it on the racks provided. Rack-it and sell it, simple.
This event is specially curated to give up and coming designers the chance to sell their collections and get city-centre exposure – which could lead to so many more opportunities. For a small fee, designers, makers, creative, young and old can set up their own rack and start selling.
Once known as the starting ground for some of Brisbane's pioneering labels in the '80s and '90s, the Valley Markets want to make sure those good memories are not forgotten and opportunities are opened back up in 2015. Focusing on young designers, art, fashion, food, music, vintage, handmade, suitcase, accessories, and all things up and coming, the new Valley Markets are all about opportunities.
