Fashion Frenzy In Eagle Farm

Mathilda's Market
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

Fashionistas young and old will be hotfooting it over to Eagle Farm Racecourse on Saturday May 18 when Mathilda's Markets and Boutique Markets team up to provide shoppers with a range of unique and limited edition products.

The market will feature some of Brisbane's best creative talent, with over 40 stallholders showcasing everything a fashion-savvy individual could possibly want, including vintage and designer clothing, fashion accessories, linens, textiles, gourmet food and more.

Rachel Zelensky, who owns and operates both markets nationally, believes that boutique market shopping is something that is becoming increasingly popular with consumers.

“The Brisbane region is home to some incredible creative talent and we are proud to be able to provide a platform for these designers and craftspeople to share their products.

“We are definitely seeing a trend at the moment where shoppers are seeking out boutique shopping events such as our markets, in order to secure quality, well-made products and to also have the opportunity to speak first hand with the designer or artist behind the product.”

The early bird gets the worm and market stock is limited. Those looking to snag themselves something special would be wise to head down to Eagle Farm bright and early.

Markets will take place Saturday May 18, 9am – 1pm

Eagle Farm Racecourse
