Multi award-winning comedian Urzila Carlson will take her sold-out ‘Just No!’ tour to seven regional cities this November.
In ‘Just No!’, Urzila has discovered that our frustrations are what brings us together. Not love, or sport, or peace. . . People who do us wrong. Even the comedian’s chart-topping podcast’ That’s Enough Already!’ sees her discussing all things frustrating.
We live in a time where we’re all aware of each other’s opinions and shortcomings. . . Which has made us the most frustrated population in the history of humankind.
“It’s happening Australia, I’m saying YES to take ‘Just No!’ on a regional roadie!” Urzila says.
“I’m boiling the eggs and getting packing the picnic basket as we speak so I can hit the road this November to go to places where I would normally not sweat in at this age!”
Urzila has garnered a legion of fans worldwide in recent years, not least thanks to her Netflix hour-long comedy special ‘Overqualified Loser’ which was released in 190 countries. In 2019, 2022 and 2023, Urzila won the Melbourne International Comedy Festival People’s Choice Award for most tickets sold.
Not content with owning the stage and small screen, Urzila will make her feature animation debut this year as the voice of Honkus in ‘Ozi’ alongside Donald Sutherland, Laura Dern, RuPaul and Amandla Stenberg.
Tickets for ‘Just No!’ regional dates are on sale 29 June at 10am.
