For as long The Tivoli has been the home of live music in Brisbane, it’s been a comedy hub.
They’ve played host to international heavyweights such as Jim Jefferies, Bert Kreischer, Eric Andre, Adam Devine, Jo Koy and Iliza Shlesinger, plus Aussie comedy treasures Joel Creasey, Julia Morris, Matt Okine, Aunty Donna and Sam Simmons just to name a few.
It was only natural that The Tivoli would eventually team up with Brisbane Powerhouse to help deliver Brisbane Comedy Festival.
This year, as part of Brisbane Comedy Festival, The Tiv will host seasoned performers Frank Woodley and Peter Helliar, fan favourites Rosie Waterland and Alex Williamson and left-of-centre performers Betty Grumble and Ivan Aristeguieta.
Check out The Tivoli's Brisbane Comedy Festival offering from 21 February-22 March.
