The first acts appearing as part of Sydney Comedy Festival’s explosive 20th anniversary in 2025, are here.
In 2025, audiences can expect to see 2023’s Best Of The Fest winner, and the host of ABC’s ‘Guy Montgomery’s Guy Mont Spelling Bee’, the beloved Kiwi oddball Guy Montgomery.
Guy will be joined in the line-up by internationally-acclaimed Northern Irish-Australian legend Jimeoin, and long-time festival favourite Arj Barker.
The 20th anniversary of Sydney Comedy Festival will include the return of the Sydney Comedy Festival Gala events at the Enmore Theatre, The Concourse in Chatswood, the Pavilion Performing Arts Centre Sutherland, and Parramatta’s Riverside Theatre.
The Galas’ stellar line-ups will include International renowned icons, homegrown talents, and the next big things in comedy.
“This is really a celebration of 20 years of the Sydney Comedy Festival. We are so excited for 2025, and we’ll be reaching new venues and new spaces to make for to bring the biggest and best Festival Sydney’s ever seen,” Sydney Comedy Festival Director Jorge Menidis says.
Sydney Comedy Festival 2025 is on from 21 April-18 May.
