Ubiquitous funnyman Robin Williams has been found dead.
The Oscar winner and star of such hits as ‘Mork & Mindy’, ‘Good Morning Vietnam’ and ‘Dead Poets Society’ apparently died due to 'suicide due to asphyxia’, a press release issued by the Marin County Coronor’s office stated. He was 63.
A press statement released by Williams’ publicist read: ‘Robin Williams passed away this morning. He has been battling severe depression of late. This is a tragic and sudden loss. The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very difficult time.’
