Perth Comedy Festival is retuning next April-May, promising big laughs and unmissable nights.

Daniel Sloss is one of several global stars heading to Perth, for the much-loved, month-long event. He’ll bring his new show ‘BITTER’ to Perth as part of a massive live tour spanning 55 countries.

Fellow Scotsman Connor Burns is up next, presenting his fourth solo show ‘GALLUS’. Connor is a prolific joke writer, whose lightning fast, razor-sharp wit combines with his signature cynicism to help create the perfect storm of jokes.

Homegrown hero Luke Heggie will be bringing a show which has been lovingly curated over the past five years: “There’s one new joke in the show. The rest is old. If you don’t like it, you can rack off!”

Then, audiences can expect everything from the quick wit of Stephen K Amos to the physical mayhem of The Umbilical Brothers.

The Umbilical Brothers will celebrate 25 years of mind-bending comedy brilliance, returning to Perth with ‘Speedmouse’. They’ve won BAFTAs, an Emmy, and the Helpmann Award for Best Comedy Performers, and have dazzled audiences in more than 40 countries with a signature blend of physical theatre, vocal wizardry, and surreal humour.

Canada’s Colin Mochrie will join forces with master hypnotist Asad Mecci for ‘HYPROV’ – it’s an international sensation which has sold out in theatre across Canada, the United States, and the UK.

Ireland’s Joanne McNally returns with brand-new show ‘Pintophile’. She’s been delighting audiences with her brutally honest, wildly funny takes on modern life. She’s back to overshare it all.

Love is in the air. . . And so is heartbreak. South Africa’s Schalk Bezuidenhout returns with brand-new show ‘Hey Hey Divorcé’. . . His first (and hopefully only) post-marriage confessional. It’s filled with sharp wit, self-deprecating humour, and a dash of healing through laughter.

Then there’s two British comedy powerhouses, who are guaranteed to keep audiences in stitches. The effortlessly charming Stephen K Amos, and the brilliantly funny Nurse Georgie Carroll. Amos returns with his trademark warmth, wit, and whip-smart observations. . . While the UK-born, Aussie-based Carroll brings infectious energy and razor-sharp storytelling.

The ever-popular Perth Comedy Festival Galas will make their triumphant returns, lighting up Regal Theatre over three massive nights.

Perth Comedy Festival 2026 is on from 20 April-17 May.
