Perth Comedy Festival 2020 Cancelled

Perth Comedy Festival has been cancelled.
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Perth Comedy Festival has cancelled their 2020 event, due to take place in April-May.

This follows cancellations from Brisbane Comedy Festival's remaining dates and the upcoming Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

A number of the performers involved will look to reschedule their shows for later in the year, and information on these events will be forthcoming. In the meantime, tickets for all the cancelled events will be refunded.

Statement from the festival:

"We would like to thank all the artists, producers, sponsors and staff who have worked tirelessly to prepare the 2020 festival.

"We encourage everyone to follow the advice from the Department of Health during this difficult time."

Perth Comedy Festival was due to take place 20 April-17 May.
