Kate Berlant

Comedian, actress, writer and podcaster Kate Berlant will make her Australian debut in March, 2025 – premiering a brand-new live show.

Kate is beloved in comedy circles thanks to her referential, meta approach to performance. In 2021, Kate achieved a break-out moment with her acclaimed, one-woman play ‘Kate’. It was directed by Bo Burnham (who calls her ‘the most influential, imitated comedian of a generation’) and earned her sell-out runs across New York, London and LA.

The show interrogated ego, self-image, and the insecurities and embarrassments inherent in being an actor.

With frequent collaborator Jacqueline Novak, Kate co-hosted the cult-hit wellness podcast ‘Poog’, and recently launched spin-off show ‘Berlant & Novak’.

Kate has also appeared on the silver screen in films ‘Don’t Worry Darling’, ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood’, and ‘Sorry To Bother You’. Meanwhile on our televisions, she’s been in ‘A League Of Their Own’, ‘Search Party’, ‘Transparent’ and ‘I Think You Should Leave With Tim Robinson’.

Tickets on sale 28 November.
