One of the funniest people in the world with a bent for deadpan adult humour, UK comedian Jimmy Carr is bringing his stylish wit and devilish charm to Australia for a massive tour in 2023.
The host of '8 Out Of 10 Cats' will be entertaining crowds with laughter ensured as part of his 'Terribly Funny' routine.The show features well, jokes about all sorts of terrible things. As the press release states: 'Terrible things that might have affected you or people you know and love.
'But they're just jokes – they are not the terrible things. Jokes are little lies. Nothing more than wonderful, funny, joyful tricks, constructed from language.'
Jimmy will find himself down under from mid February to early May (we see you holidaying as a side gig, Jimmy!) with shows planned in all the capital cities (including Hobart, Canberra and Darwin) as well major centres like Newcastle, Wollongong, Geelong, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast.
Jimmy will also be going regional with visits to Ballarat, Bendigo, Mandurah, Launceston, Toowoomba, Cairns and Townsville.
This tour is skewered towards an 'adult-paying audience who've got a good idea what's in store.
