The honeymoon is over and Heather McMahan is heading back on tour.
It’s time to get back to work. The world is still on fire, carbs are still bad for you, and we’re all still dead inside – but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a giggle!
A stand-up comedian, actress, podcaster (‘Absolutely Not’) and the best friend everyone wants, Heather McMahan has seen her popularity skyrocket, as fans and the industry have fallen for her voice, wit, and southern flair.
The Hollywood Reporter called her ‘the next big thing’, and she’s known for her authenticity and broad humour. She was one of the featured female comedians to perform on ‘Jane Fonda & Lily Tomlin: Ladies Night Live’, where she earned Jane Fonda’s admiration and went on to host her star-studded 85th birthday fundraiser.
Heather is currently in the midst of developing a half-hour pilot based on her life, for NBC. She had previously starred opposite Nina Dobrev and Jimmy O Yang in ‘Love Hard’. She’s also guest hosted ‘The Today Show’ in its fourth hour, subbing for Hoda Kotb alongside Jenna Bush Hager.
Heather will bring the giggles to Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne in February.
Tickets are on sale now.
