Scottish comedy superstar Danny Bhoy will return for his 13th tour of Australia in 2026.
From a 2003 appearance at Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Danny Bhoy quickly became a favourite of Australian audiences. His Australian success is only a sliver of Danny’s incredible story – he is regularly selling out some of the biggest theatres around the world, bringing a unique observational storytelling style.
’Dear World…’ is the show Danny is bringing to Australia. It comes here fresh from a completely sold-out run at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe, and is the sequel to his 2015 smash-hit show ‘Dear Epson…’. Danny describes it as a hybrid of stand-up and theatre.
Danny brought ‘Dear World…’ to Brisbane early this year. Our reviewer wrote: ‘The comedic delivery in ‘Dear World…’ was masterfully subtle, with Bhoy’s slight changes in facial expressions and body posture (whether casually walking the stage or sitting to read letters) intriguing hints to the approaching sharp punchlines.’
