Twenty years since he first headed down under, Scottish funnyman Danny Bhoy is headed back to Australia in 2023; and he's bringing his brand new show for its world premiere.
'Now Is Not A Good Time' will land in Adelaide, Canberra, Wollongong, Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane and Perth."Good people of Australia, how long has it been? Two, maybe even three Prime Ministers?" enquires Danny. "Anyway, I am thrilled to announce the first major tour of my brand new show, 'Now Is Not A Good Time'.
"I will be touring all major cities (and Wollongong) throughout Australia from March to May 2023.
"This will be my first overseas jaunt, since the sudden cancellation of my tour of Wuhan in the spring of 2020, and I can't wait to tell you about all the things I haven't been up to.
"Unless you're in the oil, or weapons industry, you probably don't have a lot of extra cash sitting around at the moment? So, I've tried to keep prices as reasonable as possible.
"Please note the shows outside of festivals are a little more, because they are longer shows with an interval, while all the festival shows are constrained to one-hour time slots. I don't make the rules guys. As always, please do not buy tickets from 3rd party pricks.
"Can't wait to see you all again! It's a good one."
