Breakout character comedian Daniel Nils Roberts returns to Fringe World to once more take audiences on a whirlwind adventure through the entirety of world history in one hour.
"It’s often said that history is the version of past events that people have decided to agree upon, and I guarantee audiences will never have seen this version before," Daniel says.'The History Of The World In One Hour' is an absurd multimedia dash through the history of everything, from the dawn of the universe right up to the present day.
Last year the show sold out at both Fringe World in Perth and the Edinburgh Fringe, so Daniel is doing a re-run to educate more Perth audiences about the world. The big challenge will be whether or not he can get through all of it in just one hour; considering Fringe has only allowed him 50 minutes, Daniel might be pushing it.

“I’ve set myself the challenge of finding as much fresh silliness and madness in familiar (and some decidedly less familiar) bits of history as I can,” he says.
Fresh from conquering London's West End in smash-hit musical 'Austentatious', Daniel is a two-time nominee for 'Best Comedy' at Fringe World and says that audiences are in for an informative, if not ridiculous, evening of comedy.
“You might learn a teeny bit, but mostly you’ll be subjected to a barrage of incredibly stupid pictures, videos, graphs, sounds, accents and gag after absurd gag.”
