All the LOLs you missed.

Melbourne International Comedy Festival (MICF) might be over, but the laughs carry on. Reply Festival at Melbourne’s Comedy Republic gives audiences the chance to see the MICF gigs everyone was raving about, but no one could score tickets to.

Curated by Melbourne home of comedy, Comedy Republic, the event returns for its second year and features award-winning and nominated shows, critically acclaimed performances and indie cult favourites.

Stand-up, sketch, musical comedy, live podcasting, and a showcase of awards highlights span the month-long celebrations.

“Oh boy, we're bloody excited to bring back Replay Festival for its second year. The team have handpicked a frankly embarrassingly good programme of Comedy Festival shows that you really should have seen but might have missed because you're a dummy,” comedian/Comedy Republic Co-Founder Rhys Nicholson says.

“I can’t think of anything better than performing the first Melbourne encore of ‘Rhys! Rhys! Rhys!’ at my very own theatre. I love that room and also I get free drinks. What more could I ever want?”

“We’re excited that Replay Festival is back to give audiences the opportunity to see (or see again) a programme of the standout shows from this year’s Melbourne International Comedy Festival,” MICF Festival Director Susan Provan says.

“As ever, the festival shone a spotlight on amazing emerging artists as well as fan favourites with fantastic new shows. Cosy Comedy Republic is the very best answer to chilly winter nights. Re-live the festival joy with big laughs and a jam-packed programme of the hottest shows.”

Tickets are on sale now.
