Her book 'The Dickhead List' has hit Aussie shelves and now Dee Faith brings her no-holds-barred comedy to Adelaide Fringe in 'Chickybabe'.
'Chickybabe' is Dee's take on internet dating, social media blocking, booty calls and bad manners. It's a live extension of the book which helps readers navigate the world of dating in the modern age.
Dee grew up in a country town in Western Australia, so everyone knew everyone – which means Dee's foundation for always telling the truth is a strong one.
Here, Dee lists five places it's not recommended you begin your expedition for love, before she rips into Adelaide Fringe with 'Chickybabe'.
One
Tinder. The original yet new-and-improved hook-up site which defies logic when it comes to swiping left or right.
Two
Plenty Of Fish. If you've been internet dating lately, the fish in the ocean look more like adaptations from Springfield's Nuclear Power Plant living in the sewer with a better sense of humour.
Three
Bumble. So you want us girls to start chatting first? Fundamental flaw.
Four
Public Toilets. No one wants to be like George Michael, dead, looking for holes and not wanting to go solo.
Five
The Kent Hotel. In every town, in every state, in every suburb is a hotel just like the Kent! It's the one you said you'd never go to again, and next minute, you're in the line before lock-out. You know the one.
'Chickybabe' plays Drama Llama at Rhino Room and Basement Bar at Hotel Richmond 14 February and The Balcony Room at The Griffins Hotel 15 February.
