‘Zircus’ is a new interpretation of circus starring a powerful and charismatic cast of internationally-renowned circus performers from the beautiful to the bizarre.
In ancient Roman times, the Circus Maximum was a rounded or oval arena lined with tiers of seats, used for sports and games, while the modern definition of circus is usually a travelling company of acrobats, clowns, and other entertainers but 'Zircus' promises to challenge your idea of what circus really is. Producer Sue Porrett tells us what to expect.
