Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

Wonderland Spiegeltent is at the heart of the Adelaide Fringe Festival, bringing audiences all the glitz and glamour with world class live entertainment including cabaret, circus, burlesque and concerts.

The venue is situated in Hindmarsh Square/Mukata and will transport you back to an era of early 20th century charm and decadence with its intimate booths, circular stage, velvet and brocade décor and stained-glass windows.

Circus Wonderland presents an enchanting circus adventure for all ages: 'Peter Pan - A Neverland Adventure' brings all your favourite characters to the stage bringing the likes of Peter Pan, Wendy, Tinkerbell and Nana the dog to life in a fun-filled stage show. Awarded The Adelaide Fringe Festival BankSA Best Children’s and Family Show last year, this is one to take little imaginative minds to.

Glitter coated popcorn, anyone? Named after the Belgian club party subculture, 'Popcorn Underground' is a night of world-class cabaret, adult carnival, burlesque, astounding circus and extraordinary artists.

'The Absolutely 80s Smash Hits Show' pays tribute to '80s hits from around the world featuring some of Australia’s favourite '80s pop icons including Uncanny X-Men’s Brian Mannix, Kids In The Kitchen’s Scott Carne, Boom Crash Opera’s Dale Ryder and The Chantoozies’ Ally Fowler.

If you’ve just finished bingeing the second season of 'RuPaul's Drag Race Down Under', 'B.A.B.Z' is the show for you. The top three finalists, Kween Kong, Hannah Conda and 'Drag Race' winner Spankie Jackzon bring you a night of show-stopping fun.

The Spiegeltent will also play host to the Adelaide Blues Music Festival with an all-Australian blues line-up. There will be two stages running on the day from midday-7pm.

You may have seen her gracing your screens on 'America’s Got Talent', 'X Factor UK' or 'Queens Of The Universe'. Global sensation, Gingzilla is back to share with you her original music, stories and gigantic heart.

A little something for the musically inclined – Melbourne band, Vaudeville Smash bring a unique sound to funk with a flute, sax and synth that’ll have you grooving all night long. Having played festivals as prestigious as the Sapporo City Jazz Festival, you could say they’re big in Japan! Alternatively, if you’re looking for a night of sweet melodies, singer-songwriter Sahara Beck is touring her album, 'All Attention On Your Emotions' for one night in Adelaide, and Australian basketball star, Isaac Humphries, presents himself in a different light with soaring tenor notes, stories and tinkling piano with 'Unearthed'.

The Sideshow Bar is an exciting, intimate venue adjacent to Wonderland Spiegeltent. It's open every night and has an array of its own acts.

'The Beatles Dub Club' (UK) will have you dancing in the park as DJ, Chris Arnold, described by Fatboy Slim as 'DJ Sgt Pepper', takes you on his own one-night Magical Mystery Tour with a collection of remixes and samples from The Fab Four. Imogen Kelly has directed an exotic and erotic up close and personal burlesque show running for three consecutive nights, 'The Magician’s Parlour' will be on with an all-ages event featuring a line-up of top Australian magicians. In addition to this, ‘Wonder’ will transport you back to the roaring '20s with their circus sideshow act featuring death-defying acrobatics and high-risk stunts performed with grace, strength and poise, with the action so close you’ll be held spellbound.

Wonderland Spiegeltent presents shows throughout Adelaide Fringe from 16 February-17 March.
