Two Man Tarantino: A Crazy, Brilliant Idea At Wonderland Festival

'Two Man Tarantino'
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

You've never seen Quentin Tarantino's filmography like this.

Two people, one video store, the entire Tarantino back catalogue.

The age of the video store has come to a close and a staff member and a customer come up with an idea that could just be completely brilliant.

Over one hilarious hour, Quentin Tarantino's entire filmography is re-enacted in crazy and creative ways, covering 'Reservoir Dogs', 'Hateful Eight' and everything in between. Every item is a prop, every audience member is a cast member.

From one of the creators of 'The Naked Magicians' (Christopher Wayne) and the Director of 'Grease – The Arena Spectacular', Emily Kristopher and Steven Hirst will take to the stage in the show's national premiere as part of Wonderland Festival.

“This show is easily the funniest stage show of 2018," Christopher Wayne says.

"It's for anyone who loves theatre, loves movies, or remembers how special it was to go to a video store in search of your favourite film!”

As long as you're up for a night of laughs, a trip down memory lane and a look back at searching for your favourite films in the video store, 'Two Man Tarantino' is a show for everyone – especially Tarantino fans!

'Two Man Tarantino' plays Brisbane Powerhouse 29 November-2 December.
