Brisbane’s captivating culinary spectacle, Night Feast, is back in its fourth season to dish up bold new flavours.
Night Feast transforms the Brisbane Powerhouse precinct into an immersive playground of large-scale installations, live DJ sets, and irresistible food from 20 renowned dining establishments.
Crowd favourites hitting the plates in 2025 include Southside, LouisB, Wonderbao, Gelato Messina, La Mano, Bugster’s, Hoy Pinoy, Byblos, Donna Chang, Calida and Lek’s Thai. . . And they return with a new concept: Siam Smashhouse.
The Sapporo Izakaya x Boom Boom Room also returns, pouring a selection of brews.
Southbank’s modern Italian, OTTO Brisbane, will be present this year, as will the Latin-infused OLÉ, Hawthorn’s Downtown Istanbul, West End’s Layla, hidden cocktail gem Nok Nok collaborating with Honey & Yolko, Melbourne’s Burn City Smokers, and Lune. . . Who will bake their iconic croissants after dark for the very first time.
In 2025, each restaurant will create a Night Fest exclusive dish, which you won’t be able to find anywhere else.
“Night Feast showcases the very best from our culinary artists. Every menu has been designed with passion and precision, and these festival-exclusive dishes make this year’s edition truly unforgettable,” Night Feast Food Curator Lizzie Loel says.
The food is only one part of Night Feast – it’ll also be paired with a vibrant programme of free art and music. Running alongside the city-wide Melt Festival, Night Feast welcomes local and international artists to transform Brisbane Powerhouse and its surrounds.
Leeroy New will unveil his installation Tubignon, exploring the spirits dwelling beneath the seas, while Brisbane-based Micah Rustichelli presents large-scale exhibition Demon Rhythm. Plus, Luke George and Daniel Kok present Still Lives: Brisbane, a striking performance installation using rope to bind bodies and cultural objects within their environment.
Night Feast is on at Brisbane Powerhouse from 15 October-9 November.
