After taking note of the sheer talent of local students that has accumulated over recent years, The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) has announced that it will launch its acclaimed Screen Actors Studio in Brisbane.
This new course will open up opportunities for Brisbane’s most talented and aspiring young actors to receive training in film and television, overseen by the nation’s leading institute for the dramatic arts.
As an additional perk, the Screen Actors Studio will provide emerging artists with the rare opportunity to study on weekends as an alternative to full-time study.
Auditions for the NIDA Screen Actors Studio and the Young Actors Studio take place on Sunday 2 December 2012 and Sunday 13 January 2013 at the Southbank Institute of Technology in Brisbane.
