Was it Mrs Peacock in the study with a knife? Or Colonel Mustard in the library with a wrench?!
Families across the world and across generations are familiar with the board game of whodunnit, ‘Cluedo’. . . And now, it’s hitting the stage in a new show set to tour Australia from early 2026.
The much-loved murder mystery will premiere in Brisbane, before heading to Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydney throughout the year.
“Continuing our tradition of presenting some of the world’s favourite mysteries on stage including Agatha Christie’s ‘And Then There Were None’ and ‘The Mousetrap’, I’m delighted to present the Australian premiere of ‘Cluedo’,” Producer John Frost says.

“We know audiences love a murder mystery and with ‘Cluedo’ being one of the world’s best-selling board games with over 150 million games sold in over 40 countries, I know that Australia will delight in seeing the mystery played out live on stage.”
‘Cluedo’ is based on the 1985 Paramount Pictures movie, ‘Clue’, and is inspired of course by the classic Hasbro board game, the fifth highest-selling of all time, ‘Cluedo’. It’s the ultimate whodunnit, sure to keep audiences gripped up to the final twist.
The live show iteration of the game has played on stage in the US and UK to great success, and sell-out shows. Audiences will join the suspicious (and slightly eccentric) dinner guests Colonel Mustard, Miss Scarlet, Professor Plum, Mrs Peacock, Mr Green and Mrs White, as they arrive at Boddy Manor for a night they won’t soon forget. . . Where everyone has something to hide.
