Esmé has more than three million followers on social media. She’s delivered education with a side of frivolity, to the masses – with ‘Kinky History’ spawning a global, best-selling book and a chart-topping podcast series.
Esmé is a TEDx speaker, appears in the Top 30 Emerging Writers (SBS) list, is the winner of the University Of Melbourne Rising Star Alumni Award, and a recipient of Screen Australia’s Every Voice initiative.
In 2024, Esmé created ‘Let’s Get Explicit’, an initiative inspired by ‘Calendar Girls’ – featuring some of the country’s most prominent, influential voices speaking out about the growing epidemic of violence against women. The initiative calls for practical action.
