Scottish storyteller and paranormalist Kevin Kopfstein is back with more ghostly tales and hauntiques from his collection!
After a sold-out season at Adelaide Fringe in 2024, Kopfstein is back with a brand-new show – 'Haunted 2.0 – The Witching Hour'!
An international festival veteran, Kopfstein has been entertaining audiences across the globe for more than 30 years.
The Witching Hour – the time of night when witches, ghosts and demons are at their most powerful!
“I can’t wait for Adelaide audiences to experience 'Haunted 2.0' for themselves,” Kopfstein says. “I’ve been collecting bizarre objects connected to the supernatural for many years now, and they all have a fascinating story to tell.”
From the Scottish Witch Trials of the 1600s, bizarre occultists and Egyptian curses, spirit photography and more. You’ll hear their spooky stories and experience chills, thrills, and contact with the spirits. It’s not for the faint hearted!

The Witch Hunts that took place across Europe in the 17th century were barbaric. “I’m going to recreate a witch trial that took place in my hometown in Scotland in 1662,” Kopfstein describes. “Each night, someone from my audience is put on trial for witchcraft. You’ll have to come along to see if they’re found guilty or not!”
“I love telling these spooky stories, and I want audiences to be as mesmerised by them as I am. But 'Haunted' is more than a show, it’s an experience that we all share together.
“There are always strange things that happen each night that weren’t planned. One night a woman in the audience became a bit unnerved because I was showing an old photograph of a young girl from the 1800s, and this woman swore blind that it was her daughter!”
'Haunted 2.0 – The Witching Hour' plays Redman Winery 22-23 February and Prompt Creative Centre 25 February-23 March.
