Flipside Circus has announced the details of its 2013 Christmas event.
The Brisbane circus company's Christmas Cabaret show features trapeze artists, acrobatic displays and "impossible" contortions.
Taking place at the Flipside Circus Training Centre in Alderley, the event promises to be an unconventional celebration of the festive season. Guests will see the traning centre transformed into a "sophisticated lounge venue" and enjoy a bottle of wine as well as fairy floss if booking a group table.
Established as a not-for-profit organisation in 1998, Flipside Circus seeks to build strength, coordination and self-confidence through teaching young people basic circus skills. Children as young as 18 months can enroll in training classes, improving motor skills and flexibility while exploring the cirucs environment. Adults can also get involved with Flipside Circus' over-18s class which focuses on tight-wire and juggling skills.
Flipside Circus Christmas Cabaret is on Friday December 13, 7pm at Flipside Circus Traning Centre.
