Celebrate International Women's Day at VARIETY's Inspire & Ignite breakfast event on March 8 at the Hilton Brisbane and hear from an inspirational star who will ignite your passion in life and work.
The Children's Charity introduces Fairland Ferguson, one of the stars of internationally acclaimed theatrical production, Cavalia: A Magical Encounter between Human and Horse..
A story of true empowerment and self belief, Fairland Ferguson tells her story of defying the odds after being told she would never walk again following a climbing fall. Her tale of bravery and passion even reached the producers at Disney Pixar, becoming one of the muses for their hit animated movie in 2012, Brave.
Now Brisbane has the opportunity to share Fairland's story, which will be introduced by Brisbane publicist Kath Rose, with her own story of passion and empowerment, peppered with tales of bucking trends and of being heard.
Cavalia is a lavish production involving 50 magnificent horses and featuring 42 riders, aerialists, acrobats, dancers and musicians from all over the world.
