Fast fix, instant image, photographic pun, Nico Therin is making light work of every day subjects.
Photographic puns are totally underutilised in society today. But Los Angeles-based photographer Therin is embracing them like they're going out of fashion (which actually happened back in 2004 when someone somewhere decided art had to be serious to be worth anything). The photographer is well-known for his fondness of clean lines and simplicity which he has integrated into this collection.
Talking to Trendland, the artist said, "I love the challenge of creating images that are minimalist yet curiously intriguing, and I always tend to lean towards simplicity."
Sometimes it really is the simple things in life that are often the best. We are personally obsessed with the Caffeine Fix image. But the Bubble Gun comes a close second.
