Ground Control to Brisbane Bowie fans; if you’re looking for a way to unleash your inner Ziggy next weekend, why not head to the Tribal Theatre on George St for a ‘David Bowie Afternoon’.
Brisbane’s oldest cinema is hosting a tribute to the ultimate glam rocker starting with a screening of 1986’s Labyrinth at 1pm followed by the 1973 Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars documentary.
For bonus points turn up styled in your favourite Bowie look to celebrate the man who fell to Earth in true glitter fashion.
David Bowie Afternoon will run from 1pm-6pm on October 7 at Tribal Theatre. Tickets cost $10 per person.
