Founded by Johanna Fluhrer, AniLuca is Queensland's newest theatre company that will be bringing the streets of Paris into the underground spaces of our very own Brisbane city centre.
AniLuca's debut production, 'After Boom Boom' opens on December 9 at Bird Gallery and Studio, running for three nights only. The production draws on all facets of life as a series of vignettes tell stories of childhood, routine madness, the lover's quandary and delights in the beyond.
'After Boom Boom' could be described as quirky, bizarre yet magical as characters appear as absurd masked creatures that are not quite human but entirely recognisable and relatable.
