5 Reasons To See The Coup De Grâce Exhibition In Brisbane

Coup de Grâce brings the work of four students together in an exhibition.
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

Photography students at Brisbane's CATC Design School are completing their Diploma Of Photo Imaging and are presenting a photographic exhibition.

The exhibition will consist of four collection of images that represent each graduate's individual stylings and will be the final project of their studies.

Here, Carol Jarvis-Jackson (one of the four students) lists five reasons to head along.

One

For the photography.... Obviously! The exhibition will feature an eclectic mix of works exploring the themes of personal reflection, children's perspectives, personal identities and environmental toxicity.

Two

To support four emerging Brisbane photographers who are about to take the world by storm with their unique perspectives.

Three

To meet likeminded people from the Brisbane art and culture scene.

Four

To talk to the photographers about their journey and see what it's taken to get them from wishful dreamers to the creatives they are today.

Five

To celebrate the final ever exhibition from CATC Design School. And there's free beer too!

Coup de Grâce is on at White Canvas Gallery from 1-3 December.
