The Titanic itself may not have been 'unsinkable', but the smash-hit jukebox musical comedy show 'Titanique', now playing in Sydney, is showing no signs of hurtling to the bottom of the Atlantic.
Led by the iconic Celine Dion herself (well, musical theatre and cabaret legend Marney McQueen AS Celine Dion. . . Read our chat with her), 'Titanique' is an unforgettably camp, award-winning experience which has received praise from celebrities and international media.
Want to find out what really happened to Jack and Rose on that fateful night? Leave it to Celine, who is inserting herself into the narrative and telling the whole story through iconic songs from her catalogue like 'All By Myself, 'To Love You More', and of course 'My Heart Will Go On'. . . Backed by a full live band.
'Titanique', co-written by Marla Mindelle, Constantine Rousouli and Tye Blue, celebrated its off-Broadway premiere in 2022. It's become such a smash-hit since, that audiences in Toronto, Montreal and London will soon be able to experience its campy chaos.

If you were to do a shot for every hilarious reference to the film, you wouldn’t be able to stand up at the end of the show.
Bonus: Not an easter egg, but there is a section in the middle of the show that is improvised every night. You (and the cast) literally have no idea what Celine is going to say.
Tickets are on sale now.
