Bring on the mayhem little monsters – Lady Gaga returns to Australia for the first time in 11 years this December, with The ‘Mayhem Ball’ Tour.
She’ll visit stadiums in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney for the tour.
Last on our shores for her ‘artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball’ Tour in 2014, Lady Gaga returns hot off the nine-inch heels of the release of her critically acclaimed album ‘Mayhem’. It features the lead single ‘Disease’ and the smash viral hit ‘Abracadabra’, which led to dance recreations across the internet as well as a fan edit of the music video.
A lot has happened since she was here last. . . She’s won an Oscar, multiple GRAMMYs, released jazz albums with Tony Bennett, played the Super Bowl Halftime Show, headlined Coachella (which she’s about do again), enjoyed a Las Vegas residency, starred in three feature films, released one of the longest reigning #1 songs in the history of the Billboard Chart (with Bruno Mars), and more. So it’s safe to say her return to Australia is long overdue, and she’s racked up countless achievements and accolades and gained new fans across demographics since being here.
Overseas, Gaga kicks off the ‘Mayhem Ball’ Tour in Las Vegas, continuing with dates across North America, Europe and the UK. Last week, due to demand, she added 13 new dates to the tour – all of which proceeded to sell out.
Gaga has missed Australia during the tours of her last two studio albums, ‘Joanne’ and ‘Chromatica’, but she’s finally coming our way, set to play some of the biggest shows of her career here.
She’ll take over Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, and Accor Stadium in Sydney.
